Week 6 day 3

Back and Biceps-- This is a satisfying workout if I've ever done one.  There's something almost comforting about old school bicep curls.  I still haven't mastered the corn cob pull-up with the bands.

That's ok though. It's only my second week on phase 2.  

Today was uneventful. I'm trying to stay on top of the water consumption and doing an ok job if I do say so myself.  I need to work on the whole meal planning.  It's 5pm and I have no idea what I'm feeding my family for dinner.  I think tonight is a shakeology kinda night for me.  


  1. I saw your story on weight loss success stories and i followed your link here. Thanks for sharing your journey. I laughed really hard when I read that it was 5pm and you still didn't know what you were feeding your family. That was me today. too. I ended up doing tacos and I ate mine with a wheat tortilla. lol. Well Good luck. I've got 50 lbs to lose and i started my weight loss journey 3 weeks ago. I'm down 5 lbs which feels good. Keep your blog going, it will really help others and yourself I'm sure.
