I'm doing p90x lol.. Ok I know that sounds hilarious, but I modify it to meet my needs. I LOVE it. I started it when I was 333lbs last May and now I'm at 230. I've taken many many breaks, but it is the most satisfying workout program I've ever tried!
http://beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/atstallman In March I started adding in Shakeology and broke my last plateau.. I lost 17.8lbs that month :D When I need more calories I add it in as a snack, but I prefer to use it as breakfast. It really gets my day started.
Wow! I found your blog by just searching Google for before and after weight loss. I am having the biggest struggle losing weight. I feel lost. I was thinking about doing p90x but am scared I will eat the wrong way. I have two small kids. Is it something I can do with them right in the room? I need a little help on my journey. I want/need to lose 80 lbs.

I've always struggled with my weight. Right now I'm 20lbs less than I was when I got pregnant at 19 so I'm at my lowest adult weight.. (and still plugging along lol)

There are so many ways to modify! I *still* do lol. I'm gonna take some time and write a very specific "what I did and what I still do to modify P90X" post very very soon.. like hopefully tonight. Right now is shower time.. I'm sweaty!
