It is really really hot here.

Yes, I know it's hot everywhere,  I've done nothing.  I'm really really embarrassed to admit that, but it's true.

My big girl spent the week with her dad, so my built in sitter/baby entertainer was gone.  Add that to the heat and it was practically impossible to drag myself off the couch.

I did add another food to my list of things I can't eat without binging.  Chicken salad got the best of me.  I will say, I've been doing a pretty good job at staying hydrated.

I know Monday is my weigh in day, but I'm excited that today I was at 214.6  That's a 4.6lb loss this week. That in itself should be enough incentive for me to get moving again.

Here's the tankini top I ended up getting.  I don't think I like it as much as the black and white.  Bummer.


And this is how Lila and I spent the morning.  Yep, that's a swimsuit on the ground.

  1. Wow!! You have done amazing! I am so inspired by you!! And this is very interesting b/c I have MAJOR issues with chicken salad. I am glad to know someone else out there has binge issues with it. It is strange for sure but I just love it. And now it is on my not allowed list. Well I will be catching up on your blog to read more. You are awesome!!

  2. I can't even explain it! I mean, the carb thing makes sense.. plenty of people binge on carbs, but wow. I had a reasonable dinner, then kept finding reasons to go to the kitchen. And since I was in the kitchen I might as well grab a bite (just one!) Then I'd walk away and find another reason to go to the kitchen!

    I ate an embarrassing amount between dinner Friday and breakfast Saturday.
