Tuesday is Plyometrics-- Plyo puts the X in P90X.. It's the mother of all workouts (Tony also says that about Monday's chest and back.. I think he gets confused)
It's 60 min of pretty intense cardio. A lot of jumping, a lot of squats and a lot of lunges. "This ain't no aerobics class from the '70s." And I kicked it's ass! Today is the first time since I started doing these workouts almost 9 months ago that I finished the whole damn dvd. On a good day I'll get 45 min done. Lately, I use that term loosely, I haven't really worked out in 2 months, I'm doing good to do 30 min before I throw my hands up. You know, life happens, baby wants you, phone rings.. or if you're really looking for an excuse like me, your email chimes. Yep.. I've had to stop working out to get that all important spam email. The point is, it doesn't take much to get me off track.
I'm also down 3lbs from yesterday. See not real weight. Today I'll be more diligent with the water. Yesterday I slacked off quite a bit.
