Yesterday I took a walk

That was all.  Today I will do back and bi if it kills me.  I also woke up with a burst of productivity.  My kitchen is looking better than it has in days.  :-)

 I've lost about 15lbs since I took my last progress shots.  That's a little crazy to think about.  I can't decide if I'm really happy with it or really disappointed that it's coming off so slowly now! I'm thinking another round of pictures is due in about 5 more.  


  1. Sometimes a walk is all you need. It's nice to have mellow days from time to time. And the fresh air don't hurt either.

  2. :D Thanks! One of the reasons I started this is to be as real and honest as I could about *everything* weight, progress, successes, struggles.. really just everything.

    This is a long term project! LOL
