I feel like it's always Monday

Chest and back.. DONE! And I brought it.  I got better range of motion, more reps on my (girly) push-ups and just overall kicked ass today.  I did fall on my face for dive bomber push-ups, but I tried!


I love this.  I am good enough and I can do it.  

Monday = weigh in day.  226.2 this morning.  That's .6 higher than last week, but I gained 11 yes 11lbs last week.  It's starting to fall off I'm hoping I'll be back to my low by this weekend.  (221.8)  I'm gonna pick up the water so I can quit retaining it! No one gains 11lbs in a week.
