I'm still firmly in my funk. Yesterday's weigh in was 229.4. Today I'm up 1.8lbs to 231.2. It happens I guess. I've been avoiding something.. I'm not sure what. I did chest and back yesterday, but I wasn't feeling great about it. This morning I'm sore, so I guess I did a little more than just hitting play.
I really am trying to snap out of it. Even though there hasn't been any actual weight loss, I am fitting into a pair of jeans I couldn't wear 2 weeks ago. I think tomorrow I'll try to take some pictures. Seeing progress shots should help. At least I hope so.
