There's not really much to say except that I feel awesome. It is so good to be back. I'm already excited about Kenpo tomorrow.
I used 10lb weights all the way around today. I definitely felt yesterday's yoga during the stretching. I love that moderately sore "I used those muscles" feeling.
Ok I do have one minor complaint. I've got this shard of glass in the ball of my right foot. Calf raises almost killed me, but other than *that* I feel great.
Today was a good day.
