Tuesday!

I didn't post yesterday.  My weigh in was terrible and I was in an extra grumpy mood.  I didn't workout (ha! way to fix that bad weigh in) I barely cleaned (til late, then I kicked some butt) I didn't cook at all.  I was just off kilter.

Sunday I was 215.8
Yesterday I was 217.4 -- I was mad! After gaining 12-13lbs 2 wks ago seeing that number go up put me into a tailspin.  So I wallowed a bit.
This morning is 214.6.. MUCH BETTER!

I always say no one gains or loses lbs of fat in a week (or overnight lol) It's water weight.  And most of the time I still think I'm right.  At the same time, somewhere along the way I did lose fat.  It's impossible to lose 119lbs of water! Why can't I give myself credit for that?

Today is plyo day, I intend to bring it! But first I'm gonna head to Kroger cause I really really really want some popcorn!

I will walk today.  I will plyo today.  And I will kick ass doing it :)

  2. It is so good to read your posts and that you have normal weight loss struggles. Very refreshing! Hope you realize that your 119 pound weight loss is worth celebrating!

  3. I think you are amazing. I love reading your posts, they totally inspire me. I finally, finally, finally started making changes this week. I'm scared I'll get discouraged and give up after the quick water weight losses stop... One day at a time, right?
