Yesterday's rest day was pretty good. I took a 2 mile walk with the baby and did X stretch. My chest and triceps aren't killing me anymore, but my glutes are still sore!
Today is back and bi. I'd like to think I'll throw some cardio in, but I'm up to my eyeballs in laundry, and we've already set up the baby pool. I think I'm gonna lay a blanket on the ground and enjoy a book instead.
