Yesterday was also one of those days where I could not stop eating. This morning I was down 1/2 a lb from yesterday (still sitting at 243) so I'm ok with it.
I think I'm gonna twist some arms, and start a May Challenge, I have some friends who have p90x (or another beach body workout) and haven't started. We're gonna have to change that! If you want in on it let me know!
what do we have to do for the challenge Amanda? I have p90x and I've been terrible about doing it, hopefully that will kick my ass in gear
