I wish I had more introspective wisdom than I do. Today is 225.6-- I can't decide if I'm ok with this one or not. Last week was a Tuesday weigh in and I'm up 2.2lbs, but more importantly, I'm up 3.4lbs in the past 24 hours.
I don't believe people gain or lose weight like that.. at least not real weight. I'm convinced it's water retention and I'm sticking to that!
I haven't been hitting play, I've been walking and I KNOW that's not enough. Today is chest shoulders and triceps. Still hanging in there!
