Monday weigh in day

226.6-- This is a big big big deal! I've been hovering between 229-233 for weeks. (I'm down 4lbs from last Monday) Every time I dip into the 220s I go up 2-3 lbs.  EVERY TIME.  Today is day 4 where I weigh under 230.  Baby steps and all that I know, but it's validating to finally have a loss again.  Yes.. I know.. I haven't really worked out on a consistent basis for weeks either.  Don't rub it in.
