I'm 1/3 of the way done! Next week is a whole new set of workouts. I'm excited. And nervous as hell.

This is how I do a lot of stuff. The baby thought it was great fun to crawl under me when I was in downward dog. The thigh fat is gross, but I have some great calf muscles!

I am very excited. Monday starts week 5 so I've got New workouts. I have been doing phase 1 for months!
